All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service. We provide upfront pricing whenever possible and will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with work. Final pricing may vary based on materials used, labor required, and unforeseen complications.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, credit cards, and financing options (subject to credit approval). Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services may have different cancellation terms.
We stand behind our work with satisfaction guarantees and warranties on labor and parts as applicable. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Up The Game Home Services carries appropriate insurance and licensure. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or issues beyond the scope of the contracted work.
Membership plans are month-to-month subscriptions with no long-term contracts. Members may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Membership benefits, discounts, and terms are subject to change with advance notice to members.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians. Customers are responsible for securing pets and removing valuable or fragile items from work areas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
